This document states the terms at which your link will be accepted for listing on the Jucko.com Directory.
Listings are subsequent to you placing a bid for your listing. By placing a bid you agree to abide by the following terms:
Link Policy
- For quality control purposes, we reserve the right to edit listings.
- Due to Jucko.com being an English language website, listings are to be provided in English only. The website a listings leads to must be primarily English language.
- Changes or modifications to listings are free of cost but may incur a small admin fee if requests are made more than once every three calender months.
- The ranking and overall position of your link is determined by the amount of 'listing points' you have on your listing.
- One (1) US Dollar is equal to One (1) listing point.
- A minimum of one (1) listing point is required to use our services.
- You may upgrade your listing points at anytime to achieve a higher ranking.
- Listing points never expire.
- Listing points are not transferable or redeemable for cash once purchased.
- All links, regardless of amount of listing points, are manually reviewed for quality. Links may be suspended if they direct to websites of poor quality. This includes:
1. Sites with little or no real content (more than 50% ads)
2. Sites with more than one pop-up, pop-under, slide-in etc. advertisement
3. Sites with audio or video content which is not able to be turned off by the visitor
4. Sites which may harm a user's computer
5. Sites that are not visually appealling (excessive bright colors, flashing animations etc.)
6. Any other site which, at our discretion, is considered to be poor quality.
- Additionally, we prohibit the listing of websites containing material or links to websites containing material relating to pornography or sex, racism, hate, illegal activities, or adult only content. Links of this nature will not be listed or, if found after listing, be immediately removed.
Refunds
- Suspended accounts (poor quality) will be asked to rectify any problems and if the request is refused a refund will be issued provided the listing is less than seven days old.
- Removed accounts (listing violations) will not receive a refund so be sure your website complies with the above guidelines.
- You may request removal of your listing at any time but all listing points will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.
